All orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Order delivery takes an additional 3-4 business days.You will receive your items within 5-8 business days of your purchase. Turquoise King does not refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the item is damaged during shipping. Due to the volume of our shipping, we cannot insure all packages and cannot be responsible for items after they have been delivered to the United States Postal Service.
Turquoise King is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. After the package is marked as delivered, please consult USPS for further assistance. Insurance is optional on all orders before checkout, please contact us to add USPS insurance to your package, although lost, damaged and stolen package are extremely rare. Please note if your packaged shows delivered by USPS the insurance will not cover packages stolen from your mailbox.
All purchases are subject to exchange only or store credit on other merchandise within 14 days of purchase and with approval. We do not refund shipping charges or pay for shipping unless the item is damaged during shipping. Returns for exchange must be shipped in a box to prevent damage. Damaged items due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for exchange. Requests to cancel an order must be done within 2 hours of purchase.
Vintage items may be used and conditions may not be perfect. These items are sold in "as is" condition. Please feel free to request additional photography and request additional information on items prior to purchase. We want you to be happy with your selection!
We do offer refunds if your one of a kind item is damaged during shipping. Please let us know about the damage within 24 hours of receiving it. If it is a replaceable item, then we will happily replace it or repair it.
Items sold at discounted prices are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit & are “final sales”. The following orders can’t be exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept exchange for: Custom or personalized jewelry items.
Unless otherwise explicitly noted, all promotional discounts and sales are limited to in-stock products only, are not valid on prior purchases, exclude products and excludes custom orders.
